Inner contentment can be achieve in the privacy of your bath tub. Bathe away (temporarily of course) your woes. A drop or two of sandalwood, bergamot, lavender or geranium essential oils added to warm bath water can relax and balance you emotionally.
When your bath water is ready, carefully add a few drops of one of the essential oils above. Swirl the water around and begin to take in the relaxing aroma. You will find yourself drifting away from bodily tension into a feeling of calm.
If you are a newbie to the world of essential oils purchase the smallest amount for personal use as a little bit goes a long way. Essential oils are bottled in dark glass bottles (to avoid direct light) and usually have been distilled, cold pressed or extracted by alcohol.
